Lately most of the photos have been delaying or disqualifying the majority of applications. These photos have a lot of requirements as to exactly how each should look. There are to be only street attire being worn in the photos. The photos when done digitally must be done with 1 megapixel or more and have a crisp clear image. The posses should be front faced and from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin showing in the photo.

When you follow the simple guidelines laid out for you it will be more likely you will get approved. When information is not submitted properly or there are errors on the application you will be disqualified. There are no notifications to those who are disqualified for any reason. You will only be notified upon winning or when you are approved for your green card!
